How do I request a quote?+
Through the quote form or by e-mail to contact@laboralim.ma. Indicate the product type, the matrix, the parameters required and the context (self-control, audit, export). A proposal is sent promptly.
How does sampling work?+
Depending on matrix and need: sampling by the client following a transmitted protocol, or sampling carried out by a Laboralim technical sales sampler. Each sample is identified, preserved and tracked.
What are the result turnaround times?+
Turnaround depends on the analysis type (microbiology, physico-chemistry, residues). Timelines are communicated upon quote confirmation, based on matrices and parameters.
How is the test report delivered?+
Standardized, signed report transmitted by secure e-mail. Centralized archiving at Laboralim. Organized client access in case of audit.
What is NM ISO/IEC 17025 and why does it matter?+
It is the international accreditation standard for testing laboratories. It ensures technical competence, metrological traceability, method validation and impartiality. A report under 17025 scope is recognized by authorities and international buyers.
